They fix the problem and do not invent new ones with made-up maladies that very few consumer could dispute due to a lack of expertise. They fix the problem the first time instead of guessing or doing half the work to be sure you need to go back in the near future. They even go as far as educating you as to what to expect over the next 6 months in regards to potential problems.
