I took my car in to have transmission fluid replaced.They ordered the fluid and said they were sent the wrong oil and had to keep my car over the weekend. I explained I would have no transportation to pick it up because my family was going back home (three hours away) with my other car. The guy than refused to get my car back to me. I explained I Thad a sister in the hospital. He still refused. When my fiance call him to find out why, he said he did not get paid to do that....so he didn't. I called the owner to complain and he hung up on me.He said e wasn't going to listen to my complaint.I will never do business with them again.They didn't follow through on what they promised me.The customer service was terrible.
