Reliability is mediocre at best. Internet speed is great when it works but up-time couldnt be more 90%. The phone every now and then loses some functionality like you can hear the caller but he/she cannot hear you and you have to reset the modem. Same with HD-TV, the picture gets pixilated and may lose sound to a second or two.
