Exceptional customer service. Have ordered three times from Nieman's for a long-distance sister. Having to describe what you are wanting over the telephone, without being able to see what you are ordering can be difficut. However, Nieman's was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. One thing I really like about Nieman's is that they are not only a floral shop, but also are a gift and music shop which leads to their uniqueness and variety. My siter has been delighted with the floral gifts-and that speaks volumes for customer satisfaction~
