Sign on door says closes at 8pm. It also says no entry after 7:30pm.Which is not a accurate guide to go by in my experiences here. I used 2 washing machines (1 large 1 medium machine) using 4 dryers with small loads to help clothes dry as dryers show .75 & give 20 mins but wont dry clothes unless 1.25 put in. My purpose in writing review is although I arrived at 5:40pm the worker scowled at me as if I came in at closing time. She personally came to the washing machine to enforce she wants to be out of there by 8pm. I continued spotting 3 shirts with spot cleaner & she came again to "see what I was doing" saying I had to get these going. It was 6pm & I informed her each time I've been here she does this to me & I've NEVER been here past 8pm.Everyone sat outside on benches in the heat, not inside with her & fans blowing cooler. After dryers finished I made 1 load of clothes that didnt dry to redo @ .75 I had clothes folded bagged & in my car pulling out at 7:49pm When I left there were several people still there working furiously to meet her deadline. On this occasion a couple took clothes directly from dryers to their car as each one finished without folding them under her duress. On 3 different occasions this same worker (Janet) has harassed me about her wanting out of here by 8pm. She says it repeatedly as she walks about creating a strain on customers and a bad experience from beginning to end of being here. If you use this place & have to come after work be prepared to the pressure if she is working. I called the next day to leave a msg for the owner & was told he may or may not call back before I ever said why I was calling. This is a signal as to why this is able to occur.

Not a great place. The YP listing says 7-9. Not true, there are rules. You can't start your wash after 7 unless your just washing or just drying. The sign on the back door says they 7:30 but at 6 the attendant said we had to go around to the other doors because she had to lock the back door... at 6. Maybe digital clocks would help. It's not clean. The washers were state of the art, in 1979. The dryers are only 75 cents. But you have to put 1.25 in it to get your clothes dry. The help, also functional in 1979, tend to be a little cranky. Suggest upping their centrum silver to two capsules. And idk why the socks always get stuck in the door.
