Very friendly, they do not overcharge nor do they suggest work not needed. I have asked if I needed specific things repaired in the past and was once "mmm, not yet, see me again in a year for that". I have been taking my truck in there for years and I won't go anywhere else. I have also referred about a half dozen people who now go there.
