I've worked with this vendor a number of times and have nothing but good to say about them.

Received a coupon via e-mail and when attempted to use it was told that I needed to go back home and try to print the coupon as a picture because the assistant manager could not read the fine print. When I printed the coupon as instructed, none of the fine print printed - I eventually received the discount offered, but very, very poor customer service.
