Line was very long with only two people assisting the customers. Once I found someone to help me, she was rude even though my request was simple: changing boxes. Furthermore, the box I received is defective, so back in the line I go. Really...for such a large and influential company, this type of service and poor product will hopefully bite you where it hurts. I also have a complaint that Comcast's monthly bills seem to rise much higher than the rate of inflation.
