DO NOT SHOP AT SAN RAFAEL MITSUBISHI!!!!!!
Emailed the dealer to offer cash on a vehicle. Mike called and was extremely rude to me! And on top of that he made smart comments via email after I told him how he had disrespected me! They promise of a nice experience but what I got was nowhere close to being nice. If they treat cash customers like this then I feel sorry for people that need financing. I say there are many more dealers out there that can treat us better and they deserve our business. Do not shop here folks- Mike is a redneck and is racist towards people with accents!!!

Do not trust these people, they are less than upfront
It's not clear exactly what went wrong here, but we do have a 30 year reputation of fair and honest business practices. Our Customer Satisfaction rating consistently win excellence awards. Our website clearly lists each vehicle and our pricing. We do our best to be straight and upfront with every customer, but often the customer does not provide us with the correct information which may lead to misunderstandings.
