The staff at Performance Bicycle San Rafael couldn't pick the right size bike for an individual if their lives depended on it! Thank goodness I came in contact with Louis, the bike mechanic in the back with 23 years of experience, who saw me straddling the ill fitting bike, advised me on the correct size and told me everything I needed to know. In addition to this lack of competency, the staff (except for Louis) is impatient and rude. Excuse me for not living and breathing bicycles. If it weren't for their good pricing on Fuji bicycles (and Louis), I would never have given them my business. I also felt much more comfortable buying a service plan with them after I met Louis, the only Performance employee I will trust with my bike.
