Family Service Agency of Marin, founded in 1943, provides mental health services to more than 7,000 children, adults and families annually. It offers a wide range of services, such as substance abuse recovery, suicide prevention, psychological and health counseling, and pregnancy and early parenting care. The services provided by the agency also include relapse prevention, employment assistance, aid programs, and individual and group psychotherapy. It also undertakes various counseling programs for people suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, parenting difficulties, child behavior issues, life transitions, work challenges and other mental health issues.
