  Any loose paint or imperfections on ceilings and walls will be removed by scraping or sanding; cracks and holes are repaired by patching with spackle or drywall compound. Patched and repaired areas are primed before painting.

  I appreciate that they carried out their work in a way that protected our new landscaping and was so neat and tidy. We’re particularly pleased that the carpentry work (to replace the rotten wood) was carried out in such a thorough way. Even though we didn’t want to incur extra expense, it’s a relief for us to know that our new paint is on solid wood!

  I learned the trade as a young teenager by painting bathrooms, cabinets, garages, and staining decks as summer jobs. During my high school and college years, I spent several weeks every summer painting houses to earn my way through school. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 1980, I spent five years in the corporate world marketing information processing and financial products. In 1986 I married Susanna and we began the Boeck & Associates Painting Company.

  Shrubbery, walkways and grass are covered and protected; loose boards, siding, and shingles are secured. Sometimes homeowners are required to trim back shrubbery to provide adequate access to home.
• Residential Roof Repair
  May 2012 - Falkirk Mansion in San Rafael: We are proud to have been selected as the painters for the restoration of this significant historic landmark building. It had been nearly twenty years since it was last painted. The project required extensive preparation, dry rot repair, and gutter/roof repair/replacement. Because of the age of this building we implemented all the OSHA Lead Safety practices to provide a safe environment for both our painters and patrons/staff at the mansion. Our work has been featured both in the local newspaper "Falkirk Mansion in San Rafael Getting New Paint Job" and the Falkirk Cultural Center website.

  When a job requires “handyman” services, we do our best to provide these services with our own qualified staff or licensed sub-contractors. For painting we offer full preparation of areas to be painted (patching, drywall repair, carpentry repair etc.) and complete clean up of all work areas.
