Complete failure to provide estimates for a substantial complete house renovation project, return calls or follow even basic business courtesy. Despite promises of timely estimates, assurances that they WANTED to undertake the project, I was left waiting over a month after the promised delivery of estimate, indeed I could not even get a phone call returned to see what the problem was. A complete waste of my time and a thoroughly frustrating experience. Delays are frequently a reality in the construction business, and one has to be flexible but to keep a customer hanging on for weeks on end and fail to even have the courtesy to return calls when I could have been spending finding a reliable builder, is shameful and only does a disservice to the industry.
