Helpful and courteous staff. Specially the Rachael the swim coach. She helped me successfully train for my 1st Olympic triathlon. However, the pool can some times be very crowded and up to 5 people to one lane. At these times, I'm glad I bring shorts and tennies for the tread mill or free weights.
