These guys were supposed to show up on a Monday morning for one of my tenants whose hot water heater stopped working over the weekend. They then moved the appointment to Tuesday morning. About Noon on Tuesday, they called the tenant to reschedule to Friday. I'm giving them two stars only because they did communicate well.
