I got fast and friendly repairs done to my iPhone for a great price! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I've been to mobile geeks in San Marcos a few times and have always been really happy with the timely, kind and honest service I have received. This last time though just took the cake! I was up all night trying to restore my phone and very frustrated. I went to verzion (my service provider) and the wait time was insane. Not only did mobile geeks restore my phone they did it free of charge! Definitely going to them for all of my mobile needs.

Hmm...where to start. Allie and the crew flat out suck. Customer service sucks. They Don't call back when they say they will. I initiated all contact with them at least 5 times. They said they'd call by CoB. And they never did. I was quoted $75 *2 ipods. They were able to get one fixed...but still that was mediocre job. The LCD on that isn't fully seated.



When i went to go get refund on the 2nd (again...that was 3 weeks!!) they only refunded 40 dollars stating that a discount was only given on one repair. They gave me back my supposed ipod, but no screen or battery. Poor Poor Poor service.



I'd rate no stars if i could.
