Church's seems to have no local or company-wide QC. Today's entire order of all white meat spicy was burnt; I mean 1/3 blackened burnt tough skin and completely overcooked dry meat. This was exacerbated by an errant order two weeks earlier of all white meat that included 3 thighs as part of the all white meat order. I paid the price of all white meat of $17.40. I had several miles to drive home and did not look at the order until I arrived at my home. After complaining during the next visit, the server offered 3 biscuits - not chicken as a compensation for the error. Goodbye Church's - you are neither consistent nor cocerned about your end product. Back to Popeye's!
