Great place, lots of very helpful people. I love that they have so many great parts to choose from, so many different parts and dissimilar brands and qualities.

i thought everyone in the place was friendly, its just too bad that when I took a fall on my test ride around the parking lot because I forgot my foot was stuck that I had to fork out $62 and walk out empty handed. I understand I damaged the bike. I only wish they would have offered me a break if i bought it right then instead of just paying for a new gear. I would have bought it. It was higher priced than what I am looking for so i guess its just a loss. bummer!

UPDATE: when I called the next day to express my concerns they refunded my the $62 and I bought the bike. Happy ending.
