I have been a customer for two years. The employees are nice, but when it comes to customer service they are too rigid. I was sold a pair of pants, the pants were clearly not labeled correctly. They were the wrong size. The cashier refused to exchange or credit me because I didn't return them in the 30 day window. She found my purchase on her computer, yet still refused to make any exchange in good faith. I will take my business to catalogs. They are cheaper and will accept exchanges. Sorry a small local business couldn't try to act in good faith. I have always appreciated the quality of uniforms until the business policy interfered with customer satisfaction.
