Provided by YP.comto anywhere else to buy a car. Kimball is glad to take your money but after that forget about it. The service dept is terrible, the service manager will not even return phone calls. But then what do you expect when you cannot get the GENERAL manager to return your call.
I will never buy a car from them again. Everyone I have talked to now tells me all about the problems they to have had with the service dept.
Document all the problems, take picture and be persistant. And don't hesitate to call VW of America, they atleast seem to get things rolling.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a $45,000 dollar brand new merdedez (which has had many little problems) from them which they promised to fill up the tank and have detailed for me and when I went back they said they didn't recal telling me that and I was out of luck ( because the car was already purchased) There LACK of customer service has made having my dream car a living nightmare! Warrentys and oil changes mean nothing to them except dollar bills. Oil changes cost me $350 last time I was there (with NO shuttle service!). And they wouldn't give me my keys until I payed the REDICULOUS bill! They are horrible money hungrey paronas!! DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis dealership charges you a lot of money just to diagnose your vehicle and incorrectly for that matter. I had a truck which had motors problem, thinking I was going to get it covered by the warranty. It turns out this dealership said that the damage was caused by an "outside source" when in fact it was not. So then we took our vehicle to another dealership after we paid them 500 dollars. The other dealership determined that kimball motors had diagnosed it wrong and it was not caused by an "outside source" but because of this Corporate GM still refused to cover it by the warranty. Now I am stuck with payments of a new truck that needs a new motor. I highly recommend that you travel the extra mile to take your vehicle to Home Motors located in Santa Maria or anywhere besides this place. Do yourself the favor and do not waste your time with this business. I am going to make a complaint with Bureau of Automotive (BAR). If you had problems with this dealership as well, please join me in making a complaint with the BAR, do not let them take advantage of more people.
