San Leandro Adult Education provides a range of learning opportunities. The school administers the English as a Second language Program, which includes English vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar courses. It also offers parent participation classes on communication skills, values clarification, parent involvement, child development for parents, toddlers and preschoolers. San Leandro Adult Education provides classes in technology, arts, and health and fitness literacy for senior citizens. The school also conducts a variety of computer software classes. It offers Vocational short-term medical training courses in partnership with community agencies and apprenticeship programs.
