      General Info

      We are a licensed, bonded and insured painting contractor specializing in interior and exterior painting, both residential and commercial. We can handle any size project from painting one room to painting a 136,000 square feet apartment building inside and out. We perform any needed repairs in preparation for painting, including insulation and drywall, any type of drywall finishing, tile, plumbing and electrical, exterior siding and stucco, carpentry, decks repairs, waterproofing, etc., etc. Additionally, we do property maintenance and upkeep as well as other services to real estates, such as replacing locks, placing a lockbox on the property, taking pictures for MLS, boarding up properties if needed, cleaning properties inside in preparation for listing or sale, disposing of belongings and/or debris, quick repairs and landscaping maintenance needed for MLS or sale, replacing broken windows, fixing floors, etc. If needed, in conjunction with our sister General Contracting company Lushov Construction Inc. operating under a GC license #843160, we perform repairs of any size and complexity, such as flips, additions, kitchens and bathrooms and interior remodeling.
