The people are VERY friendly! Smiling and cheerful, starting with the; Cashiers, Greeters ar the door, and the helpful workers in the Refreshment Department. This is my favorite spot. And parking is always available. Some days I take Bart Train or an AC Transit bus, it's very convevient.
