Carl S was really helpful and efficient. He fixed the issue very quickly and explained the problem clearly. Would recommend him / will ask for him if we have future issues.

He was through in explaining the process and my options to choose to correct the problem with respective cost involved. And he did the job well and when done he left the site clean. I would call him again with plumbing problems in the future.

We have used Rescue Rooter several times in the past, so when we had a clogged drain on a Sunday morning, I called the 800 number at 8 AM. Dennis was there in about a half-hour. The job was done, the drain was running cleanly, the clean-up was done (thoroughly) and he was finished by 9:30 AM. He offered some suggestions for further treatments or checkups, but was not pushy, just informative. I couldn't have asked for better.

Keith showed up on time, was respectful and courteous,he explained the different options that were available to clear a clog, I selected an option and he went right to work. My tenant was impressed by his professionalism. I will use Rescue Rooter again, hopefully Keith will be the one to respond, but I'm sure anyone with rescue rooter would be just as courteous and professional

Our toilet backed up late Tuesday night, and we called around some 24 hour plumbers for a technician. After RotoRooter came by and decided they couldn't run the snake through our pipes for whatever reason, we called Al at Rescue Rooters. He came by at near midnight, and within the hour was able to clear the backup. Anyone willing to come by and do such a thorough job at such an hour deserves the highest praise. Great service, great attitude. First time customer, and hopefully we won't be in need of a plumber any time soon. But if we do, I'll be asking for Al at Rescue Rooters.

Wanted to write to say thanks for Al Jackson's service at my home in Concord last night. We had two areas that were clogged (kitchen and garage sinks). It was already late night but Al came out and managed to fix the problems in great time and even helped set things up to easily replace the garage sink (he did the hard part). Al Jackson with Rescue Rooter Bay Area East is great. He explained what he think is the problem with the backup of water and sewer that we were having and what needed to be done. He also gave an estimate of the cost, which was less than what we had been charged in the past. He did his work efficiently, took his time and we could see the gunk/sludge that flowed out and afterward, the water flowed very well. We are satisfied and happy with the work that Al did and recommend him highly.
