Through our RentalWatch property management program, we deliver what rental property owners need every month, reliable rent collection, lease enforcement, accurate accounting and bookkeeping including direct deposit of owner distributions, and oversight of all maintenance through our trusted vendor network. We offer this service, with no long-term contracts, for a flat fee of just $79 per month regardless of the size of the home. We also offer multi-family management at reduced rates.
