When working with Swan to build our pool, you could really tell that they have a lot of experience in doing what they do. They pay attention to detail, keep you apprised of the scheduling and are really focused on customer service. What I've been most impressed with is the customer care that I've received since the project was completed. They don't forget about you once your pool is done. Whenever we've needed assistance with something or a service call, Swan (especially Tony Schwee) has been very responsive to our needs. I usually receive a response from Tony within hours of my request. If Swan can't address the issue, then they promptly get the appropriate contractor out to take care of it. This commitment to customer service provides us with great peace of mind and is the primary reason why I would recommend Swan to others.

Excellent customer service...excellent workmanship. If you are asking friends who they recommend to build you a pool the common answer is.."I can only tell you who NOT to go to". It is a very hard job finding the whole package...customer care and beautiful result. We built our salt system,lagoon, pebble tec, free form, pool7 years ago with Swan. It is a great pool that has needed very minimal care and fixing. Jeffery, Tami and the staff are long term employees who remember the job and get questions answered fast. They recently did a perfect repair to a large fountain on our property. The workmanship was great and followup to get this fix done for the holidays was not easy for them....but they did it.Highly recommend this local company that has been servicing this area for years.
