Not satisfy w/the customer service in swimming area,,,, there are to many rules,,,,since the first time I was there I was disappointed...only whent 3 times in a mo to take my kids to swim n life guards are so rude really can't mention one not been rude at swimming area...one of the 3 time I was there my 8 yr old son got in the swimming pool n right away a lifegard make him get out cause it was no family swim time n we did not know that its only from 7:30pm to 9:30 what a nice schedule to take our kids,,,n my son was so upset,,, his smile was gone when getting wet n kicked out and I felt so bad for him,,,his just a child,,,the 3rd time and the last one had enough and cancelled,,,,got there at 7:25pm had to wait 7:40pm and my son ask can I get in to one of them n the girl past him by and wild she was walking told him u got to shower first with a rude attitude and wild we were in I grabbed my cell to take some pictures one told me,,,can't use cellphones in there....I'm so disappointed from ymca's I dont think ever getting a membership in non of the ymca branches ever I really had enough of non profit organisations
