This is WORST EVER service that I have faced. Ref#186292 - My ride was scheduled for 12-Aug-2016. I called once I collected my luggage (as instructed), but was told I need to wait 2hrs for the shuttle to reach the airport - I was never told about this when I booked. I cancelled the same imemdiately, I was told I should receive the refund in 2-3 business days. Today is 06-Sept-2016, almost a month now, I did not receive the refund. I have called 6 times. If I call before 1pm, I am asked to call after 2pm, because that is when the refund person in charge is available; when I call after 2pm, I am asked to call between 0800am-0100pm. Extremely irritated and lost patience.

Shuttle was not refunded!



I was supposed to use this shuttle service last February for a flight landing at 21:20. Unfortunately when I called the number no shuttle was available and waiting time was around 40min. This is why we refused to wait and we asked to be refunded. (Of course we were obliged to make usage of a more expensive service to reach our hotel.) The employee at the phone told us we would have been refunded on the credit card directly, but so far no reimbursement.

Will never use this 'service' again. My husband and I have made a reservation for a shuttle from San Jose to SFO twice in the past 6 months. The first time the ride to the airport was fine. On the return trip, when we landed we were told we'd have to wait for an hour. We didn't like that so they said they would refund us. After about 3 months and multiple phone calls, we were finally refunded.

Since this wasn't terrible and we ended up gettjg our money back, we decided to go for this cheap option again. This time, the driver was over an hour late to pick us up to go to the airport. They never called us to say they'd be late, we had to constantly check in with them. We had to cancel and get an Uber or else we would have missed our flight. When we arrived back at SFO, we called and were told that a shuttle would arrive in 25 minutes. We decided to wait. We waited for 1.5 hours at the airport before a shuttle arrived. During that time we called three times and each time were told they'd be there in 15 minutes. Once we got on the shuttle, we drove around the airport loop two more times before leaving, making it a full 2.5 hours after we originally called when we were finally on our way home. We had to make three stops before ours and the driver had to ask each passenger group for directions to their locations. Another 1.5 hours later, we were dropped off in San Jose. The van was falling apart, making funny noises and generally felt as if it was 50 years old. The driver was terrible. I really felt afraid for my life.

Obviously we will NEVER be doing this again. Will be contacting SFO to get them taken off their list of shuttles and the better business bureau. This is a total scam.

These guys are crooks. They charged me twice for a single fare. When called they customer care, they blatantly refused of doing so.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I had arranged for round trip from Morgan Hill to SFO. On our return trip I called them from Washington Dulles and said there was a weather delay and we would be 2 hours late. They said no problem, they had our flight information and they would be waiting for our arrival. We arrived at SFO at 315AM. I called the shuttle service and they told me they were too busy picking up people to go to the airport and that it would not be until 515am to 530am before they could get to us. They left us hanging....needed to rent a car to get home. They promised a refund; none appeared on my credit card and finally had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I should have read the reviews here before I booked. What a horrible company.

well I had a good experience. I made a reservation on-line while in canada, about 5 hours before my arrival to sfo. The ride was from sfo to foster city, about 8 miles. The shuttle van arrived at their area about 15 minutes after my flight landed and it was real full 7 people. At first the driver said he was full but when the airport organizer and myself made sure we told the driver my ride to foster city was short and on the way to anyplace else in the south bay. So he asked me if it was ok to share a crowded seat and of course I said yes. I told him I would sit in the very back with the luggage. I wanted that first van right then and there. He took my receipt, make sure you have that. they call the office to verify the receipt number. The trip was quick and uneventful. altogether I arrived at sfo at 9:15pm and was in foster city by 10:00. The driver was harried but competent. The office seemed competent when I called from the airport asking where their stand was. I would use again

WORST (!) airport shuttle service . . .

They're impossible to talk to on the phone ... rude and actually said I should handle the reservation online...and they actually hung up on me when I was trying to find out how to handle the "One ride free for every 5 receipts". Their vans are old. And the wait at SFO, while they wait to fill their vans, is longer than the other services. There are much better shuttle services around - e.g., VIP Shuttle and Super Shuttle - and, for more than one person, some private car/limo services are definitely worth the price difference. Bottom line - DON'T USE SOUTH & EAST BAY SHUTTLE.

good ride

We were picked up about 6 minutes late, but the driver more than made up for the time loss and dropped us off first. Van was clean and driver was very friendly. On the way back we waited for about 15 minutes and then we all boarded with a very nice ride back too. The prices are the lowest I have found. I am happy with the service and would recommend them and intend to use them myself next time I fly. They also have a frequent rider program that never expires.

Great Driver / Great Experience

I had a GREAT experience with the driver for this company! I told him I'd write him a stellar internet review, and asked if I could put his cell phone number on it. He agreed, so if you need a shuttle service in the San Francisco / San Jose area, try this man:



408-921-3590.



Here's the story: I picked a shuttle van parked outside the airport because the driver looked well dressed and business-like. On request, he calculated a price for the ride, and stuck to it. He apologized to the passengers because we had to wait while he filled the van, but it wasn't that long. Once we got going, he let us know the order he'd drop each of us off.



He seemed smart and reliable, so I asked him if he would be willing to pick me up at my office at the end of the week and take me to a different hotel (closer to the airport). That's when he gave me his cell phone number, asked me to confirm the day before I needed the ride, and sure enough he was there! Everything was on the books, I paid on credit card and got a receipt. He was just GREAT at customer service!

DANGER !! Do not use this shuttle service ... unless you enjoy being robbed. We had a prepaid (credit card) reservation. The driver picked us up as planned. But halfway through the ride, he stopped on the shoulder of Hwy 101, and demanded we pay him cash !!!! He would not move until we gave him money !!!! The company apologized, saying their driver had just gotten a little too greedy and not to worry, they will refund our money. Well, two months later and no refund. I'd say the company is as crooked as their drivers.
