PIN Presort has been located in San Jose since 1984 providing mail services to the entire Bay Area business community, county offices, colleges, state and local government offices, etc. As a USPS certified presort bureau, we sort and barcode your mail for postage savings and accurate mail delivery. PIN Presort is also certified by the USPS for Mailpiece Quality Control ( MQC ) program. Our operation staff including the management passed the certification test in 2006, and they are all well qualified to help customers to manage day-to-day mail production efficiently in compliance to the USPS mailing guidelines. We are an USPS-certified service provider who delivers integrated mailing solutions to all types of mailing needs with the following features that mailing houses do not provide: Scan address information from pre-addressed mail, typed or hand-written, print POSTNET barcodes, update to COA ( Change Of Address ), sort and deliver it to USPS on same day.
