Good service. Used it several times. Quick transport to airport. Pick up was decent too. Staff was friendly and professional.

I was extremely disappointed that when I went to pay, I was charged $15more than what I was quoted online! I don't know if they didn't credit methe $8.75 that I already paid, or if the online system quoted the wrongper-day parking fee, but the employee at the check-out window said hecouldn't help me but that a lot of people say that (about the prices beinghigher once you get there). The service was fine, but if you're going topark here, expect to pay between $10-15 more than what you're quoted online. After submitting this complaint, received an e-mail from the lot saying that maybe tax wasn't included or maybe I was late (I wasn't). Disappointing. I will not use this system again.

Easy to reserve, but horrible service. Did not appreciate the attendant hitting my car with the gate arm. She showed no regrets and barely mentioned that the manager was not on duty. Called the manager twice but never heard back. Brought it up to attendant on duty when we got back who suggested we could get the car detailed. But did not offer any compensation or apology for that matter. Luckily the damage was not severe, but I did not like the way it was handled. Suggestion - if anything happens to your car there, get a police report.

Park N Travel made parking during the holidays a breeze. I was able to reserve a parking space and have it waiting for me. I was quickly wisked off to the airport ahead of schedule. The gentleman helped me with my luggage, even though a slight language barrier. I've also seen this company go out of it's way to help people in wheel chairs.
