every time a customer needs a copy of the last statemente they say that PDF couldnt open o sistem down that BAD customer service. i wish they can fixed that problem to give the best customer service

They over charge you, then when you return the phone, they return less than the amount to your account. They don't have a direct number where you can reach them and their overall customer service is less than passable.
