Earl Carter has been of no help to me or my husband. Instead he has kept charging for driving and research and many other things that don't seem to be helping my husband fight his charges. When we step into his office we can never see him and when we can never speak to him. his associates talk to us, but are very confusing and even less helpful. so far working with Earl Carter has been a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE!
