If you are looking for a new challenge, a new community to be a part of, a place where the trainers are thoughtful, patient and truly caring about their clients, then ILKB SJ is the place for you! Oh, and they will definitely get your heart pumping and before you know it, you will fall in love and actually crave your workouts! I am 1000% a newbie to anything boxing or martial arts related, and I am definitely still learning, but if it worked for ROCKY, right? LOL. This place is so professional, the trainers are in the field, competing outside of their teaching, and the owner knows how to run his business right. HUGE shoutouts to Yvette, Spencer, Drew, Sasha, Rene and Nando. Can’t wait for my next class!
