They are the best carpet cleaners I have ever hired!! They showed up on time and did a better than expected job!!My carpet was full of stains that I thought would never come out, but they got them out! And the carpet smelled from my pets urine, but they got that out too! Also, that was the fastest my carpet has ever dried, most of the time it takes 1 to 2 day's to dry, and this time it dried in 2 hours. Best money I ever spent!!

Bluewave was definitely great quality for the price. I was surprised to see how hard the cleaner worked for the price. (I've had really bad experiences with home contractors before so I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised). I've also had another carpet cleaner before and they didn't work as hard and charged more.I would highly recommend Bluewave. The cleaner was very detail oriented, took his time, and made sure I was happy with the job. He actually arrived on time and I was able to pay with my credit card which was very convenient for me. Great quality for the price!

I had a very poor experience with Bluewave. They are inconsistent and dishonest. When the cleaner arrived at my home:1) He required an additional fee of $35 for "traffic lane cleaning" that was NOT revealed when I received a quote over the phone. He insisted that a special cleaning solution had to be used for parts of the carpet where there was foot traffic. (Please note, we do not wear shoes in the house so the carpet is not filthy). I told him that it was fine with me if he would just do the regular carpet cleaning without adding this special cleaning solution but he refused.2) The quote I received over the phone was for 3 rooms. On the day of cleaning, I asked how much it would cost to add in a small hallway (less than 10 sq ft). He said it would cost $10, rather randomly. That's more than $1 per square feet (more than double the typical cost!).I would NEVER recommend Bluewave to anyone. There are many other carpet cleaners out there that can do the very same job!

Arrived on time. Great service for a great price, with no price gimmicks once inside your home!!! Will use again in the future, Highly recommended.
