I love that you can schedule service online at any time without having to get someone on the phone. The guy that came out to clean my carpets was polite and friendly and worked fast. The carpets looked great when he was done.

I have been using 1-800-Dry Carpet for years and it is the same carpet, so it must be working well. There is no odor, or clean-up for me. Professional application, dry immediately and great results.
