When you call the answering machine with a woman's voice answers you can not understand what she is saying. I called back and the same. The 3rd time I called back they wanted me to type in a code which I did not know. The Logitech keyboard they sent me was top of the line and great. Just wanted to ask a question.

DO NOT buy from them. They charge you a lot of shipping and ship you bad unit. You need to send it back by your own cost for replacement.

bunch of schemers.. they charge my card and never sent me my products, when i called them literally 50+ times, they send me a USED product, not refurbished. i tried to return the product, but they never reply back, never can be contacted, products they sell is so called 'refurbished' but actually they are used. i just cant believe they are running a business and claim to provide 'best' service. it's the worst service i have ever got. don't buy from here guys. don't ever ever buy from them. they lie to you and if you get lucky, you will get a used product with bunch of scratches and poorly functional products!
