- Schedule your Introductory FREE SessionCome on in any time for a FREE session and let us show you around, tell you about what we do and how we do it, and put you through a CrossFit workout. Nothing crazy, just the basics. You'll get to meet the owners, other coaches, and other members. We don't have a sales team or pitch. You don't have any obligations. We will work completely around your schedule.
- Start "Basic Training"For new CrossFitters who want a proper environment for learning and progressing, join our Basic Training group classes, which is included in your membership. In each session you will be taught several movements and skills that will allow you to be proficient in any of our workouts. We will also provide feedback, give recommendations for effective progress, and discuss proper nutrition.
- Start attending any of our regularly scheduled classes.Our group coaching membership prices vary depending on a client's goals and desired outcomes. We are committed to helping clients determine which membership option makes the most sense given their fitness needs and financial circumstances.

- Our Private PackageFor all four sessions: $240.00The best way to get started is always in a one-on-one coaching situation. This can be the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Our Getting Started package includes 4 private "Elements" sessions with the same coach as they take you progressively through all our movements. This option allows for a much more tailored experience, creating personalized goals, individual progressions, complete competence in more complex exercises, and a more gradual introduction to our community and workouts.
- Testing OutIf you've been doing CrossFit for a while or feel competent in the movements we teach you may also test out of the Elements at anytime and immediately join us for any of our offered classes.
