We belong to the branch in Morgan Hill. We had our mortgage with them, and unfortunately had to do a short sale, because my husband lost his job. We are now flagged with the credit union. This means we cannot access any of our money without consent of the branch manager. We are not allowed to even have an atm card. Each time we want to make a transaction, we need "his almighty's" consent. This can't be right, and we are leaving this credit union. This credit union doesn't have any sense of community or customer service. We tried working out our mortgage issues with this branch, but they were unwilling to help us out at all. Our only recourse was to do a short sale...the branch would have made more money from us if they worked with us. The branch manager should lose his job for his corruptive ways.

I would give them less than one star if I could. HORRIBLE changes in customer service - and it's all about customer service! You used to be able to call and speak with someone who could assist you with your account. Now you get shipped off to a "Call Center" with a promise someone will call you back. GOOD LUCK! I've done business with them for many years. Now I'm looking elsewhere.If you're looking for a good credit union pick a small, local one. If they get too big, dump them...they're trying to be a bank!
