I live in this park almost 20 years, it is very nice park. However, after the couple managers is take over from the old manager, they create so many unacceptable regulations. The husband is very rude and always show his power game. Whenever we complain about something bad as the sewage is log and water stand for many weeks turn smell bad. It is produce mosquitoes, and they never have any good action to take care this problem for the tenants. But when his turn to check on the site and force us to follow his rule immediately. And there are too many bad attitude of this male manager, I don't know where to file a complaint about him? Do you know any idea? Please help.

We've lived here for many years and in my opinion, the original management team on the property was much better, nicer people, more respectful of the resident/homeowners. The current managers, especially the male, leave much to be desired. We really don't need some tattooed, sloppy, 300lb bully running the place as though it were a WWII concentration camp! One who enforces the "rules" with extreme prejudice and tries to intimidate anyone who might be afraid of him, or someone who disagrees with his deplorable attitude, and overall shabby treatment of residents. He dislikes anyone with the courage to stand their ground with him or who has the gall to call his bluff. Those people usually end up on his "hit list" of harassment about every little thing. Other than that, it's a peaceful place to live.

I am resident here I totally agree with other reviewer who states that park managers are couples wife is office manager is really nice and her husband is very rude, intimidating and harass people. I did complain to office manager how I felt but she is the wife so I wonder where my complains would be going. Dont get me wrong this is very beautiful place to live

We have lived in CLS for 7 years now. In reading the reviews, it seems to me that anyone writing a negative response can't get with the program. The rules are reasonable, and before you move in you are provided with two copies of the rules. There are no surprises...unless you choose not to read or follow the rules. But when we signed park papers-everything was made clear to us. The Managers have been there for over 10 years, and I think if they were doing a poor job, the Park would look bad (which it doesn't it is beautiful). My family has high standards-and we are very happy!

I Live at this place(6 yrs). I really like this place because its very quiet and clean.the property managers are a married couple, the wife is really nice but her 300lb husband is very rude and very intimidating. if he was not there this place would deserve a full 5 stars. you are not allowed to walk your dog, which is fine, but be fair and scold all people.I have seen some people walking the dogs and he says nothing to some people. I guess it depends on who you are.

The actual park is nice for the most part. The biggest problem with Chateau La Salle is the Manager here, he is very rude and as other have said in multiple reviews tries to intimidate you. If you like some 300lb tattood guy in your face about everything then this is the place for you. It's a shame they have such bad attitudes otherwise this would be a decent place to live. Spend 1k a month just for a rent space and then get treated like this? What a joke.

Guest49012 is correct here. The park is very clean and nice, but the management can be awful. I find a few of the people in charge of the facilities can be the worst. The elderly lady who sometimes monitors the pool in particular. A lot of discriminating and double standards. You can get away with anything if you're a little kid. Eating at pool side, wearing colored shirts. But God forbid if I bring a drink inside those gates, or wear a shirt even near the pool. And the golf carts zooming by every hour can be intimidating. My Dad can't even park at the curb long enough to drop off some boxes with out us having to hear management remind us you can't park on the curbs, only in the guest parking lots or your own drive way.

I have been living in the development for four months now. The new management is very very nice. I purchased a three year old home and did alot of work ie painting landscaping interior exterior work, and not once was I bothered by management. the complex is quite, clean and friendly. now realizing there are rules to follow, however the managers are fair and are trying to accommodate the entire population (450) homes.

The mobile home park area is clean and the neighborhood is nice. But the people managing the park is very intimidating, discriminatory, and love to castigate residents like terrorists. Some residents felt scared because they are going to be shout at for the littlest mistake they made. You really have to follow rules like you are in a military prison under maximum security. This is no good. If you are the kind who can deal with this...then live there. Anonymous: Not living there anymore
