I have been using them for several years and have NEVER had a pool problem. They are ALWAYS on time, their prices are very competitive, and they are extremely friendly. When I have questions about my pool, they are quick to respond. When I had a problem with my pump, they researched the problem and sent me to several websites. They even contacted a repair specialist and had him call us. I trust John and Susie with my pool service, and now that they do pool cleaning, have added that to my service needs.
