there are 3 major greviences that have yet to be resolved while the management is replaced on a yearly basis these tenants have broken both the law and the lease agreement repeatedly while the management is fully aware the tenents are constantly recieving eviction notices for unpaid rent when the records are not properly recorded each time being the managements mistake, not the tenants reciepts were never given to the tenants
