Just bought a new Kawai grand piano at this place and now we have the best playing piano in our home. I shopped and looked everywhere, narrowed it down to a Kawai from Japan and went to several dealers and garage operations in the santa clara valley. There are a lot of hucksters out there, so be careful, or better yet just go to this store on Winchester Blvd across from Santanna Row. They were just the best to deal with and it was not just about quality and price, it was about Service and education! Some dealers just tried to convince me that the price made them best, but believe this when you buy you buy the education and the fulfillment of the need to the want. Buy a piano at Carnes and support this very nice family owned business, abusiness that has been in business for many years; and there is a good reason why, they have good variety of quality and quality people to explain what it is to own a piano. Thanks to Darlenne at Carnes piano in San Jose, you were the best!

Great inexpensive used pianos. Liked the way they treated me, brought my kids back and picked out a nice piano for under $1000.00
Awesom place to get a piano. Super selection of good pianos found a super deal on a Kawai Model K-5 upright. I was asked not to divulge the price paid, so as a courtesy to this dealership I won't tell you the price but I will tell you that I got a great piano at a great price.Call and ask for Scott for the best price on a piano. They offered german pianos and Japanese pianos for very good prices and I should know I checked the entire bay area for the best deal.
