I recently had an emergency and needed to get a hospital bed and other equipment for my Dad. I was a mess - didn't know what to do. Brannon's was extremely helpfully. Walked me through each step with patience. Their drivers delivered all the equipment that same day! Set up everything where I needed it. I am very happy with the service I received from Brannon's staff!

The worst customer service from an owner I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This has to be the WORST place to purchase any medical supplies or handicap products. The prices are 50 - 75% higher than any other medical supply company around. The staff is only concerned with fast insurance payment and they will pester you if the ins. does not pay fast enough. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy poor customer service and high prices.
