We are a family owned and operated store that has been around since 1975. the owner, Mark, has been in the flooring industry his whole life. He started in installation, then worked for the manufactures, then changed to the retail side of things. Now, he is the owner and lead salesman of Bitticks and gets to work with his daughter, Stephanie, everyday.
