Called Zerorez because of their ads to clean my linen sofa. When it dried after the cleaning there were awful discoloration stains all over the fabric. I allowed them to try to fix it 5 times. Each time it got worse. After many calls they took responsibility and said they would pay to have it recovered in the same fabric. When they found out what the cost was they wanted me to use people they did not know but who charged less to do upholstery. I am having to call an attorney now because they are refusing to pay to have an experienced upholster do a good job recovering my sofa. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE! DON'T USE THEM!
