The Nutrition program is called Nutri-spec and involves very precise saliva and urine tests that show what your body is missing in terms of actual nutrients. They then give you supplements based on the tests. So no more guess work in terms of what vitamins or supplements to take.You get more energy and feel a lot better in general.
