The teachers at this place are great. My child have learned so much from the wonderful teachers. However, i agree with the 2 posters -- the front desk "receptionists" need to be fired. They are horrible at being the first face of this establishment. They are rude and condescending. They talk to you like you are a 6 year old. Unless you are wearing high-end name brand attire, good luck getting the director to acknowledge you. The other peeve i have about this place, is they send out late notices on important situation -- about head lice or additional charges they will be making on your credit card for random things like processing fee w/o clear explanation what "processing fee" is about... I think the administration needs some extreme reorganization and need to be a little bit more transparent with their processes

This school has a great campus, and wonderful teachers, but the office staff is ridiculously rude, unprofessional, and demeaning, especially the director and her "sidekick." I have cried on many occasions by the way they have treated me when I have come to them with concerns such as when my child was constantly being bit, or with just any general questions that I had. Two of the office staff in particular are on major power trips, and I have witnessed them treating their employess with such disrespect that I'm surprised most of those great teachers still work there. This school has great potential and it's a shame that they have such unprofessional witches working at the front. No parent at a school wants to be greeted by a woman with her chest hanging out and on display. This school only cares about making a profit, and has no cares of the children attending this horrible school, or the employees who work there. I highly recommend that you do not bring your children here.
I would not recommend this school. The teachers are great but everyone in the front office are rude and refuse to help the parents with concernsthey have regardingthe school. I persnally have been told multiple times that my questions and concerns were invalid and they made me feel dumb for asking questions. I have even walked into the office where the director made a parent cry. This is not a place I would ever send my child too. They are unprofessional and do not have the childrens best interest in mind.
