Operational since 1985, ACI Alloys Inc. is a manufacturer of sputtering targets, evaporation sources and specialty materials/shapes for thin-film or related applications. Based in San Jose, Calif., the company specializes in physical vapor deposition materials for the research community. It operates an in-house, full machine facility with capabilities, such as turning, milling, rolling, heat-treating, bonding, grinding, chopping and welding. ACI Alloys Inc. provides hot-pressed ceramics, such as oxides and pure boron as well as bonding services that include indium, silver-filled epoxy and elastomer bonding.
