North Mountain Middle School is a public school that provides academic education to students in grades six through eight. The school s curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science and social studies. The school has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, access to the Internet, and magazines and newspapers. The middle school also offers a parent-teacher association and after school programs. Additionally, the school organizes various extracurricular activities, such as band, choir and dance. It also offers physical education and various support services to its students, such as psychological assessment and speech therapies. North Mountain Middle School also offers various sports activities, including football, basketball, volleyball, cross country and tennis. North Mountain Middle School is a part of the San Jacinto Unified School District and enrolls more than 1,000 students.
