      Use Extra Space storage at your own risk! Our storage unit, along with others, was broken into well over a year ago, and we lost approximately $2000. Despite having insurance through Extra Space storage for the storage unit, filling a police report, calling the local office, the national operations center, and even requesting assistance through the Extra Space storage Facebook page, all requests for assistance in resolving this matter have been ignored!!!! Over a year after the crime, and we still have not received any insurance money! If I could give negative 5 stars as a rating, I would!
